Biography

Dan Wenstrup’s practice focuses on representing clients in civil litigation involving personal injury, negligence, commercial law, real estate, probate, business disputes and insurance and subrogation. He has represented clients in Ohio, Kentucky, and Federal courts at both the Trial level and the Appellate level. He also provides guidance in Estate Planning and Business Law.

As a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, he was a 2-term Chairman of the Municipal Court-Civil Practice Committee, and is also a member of the Common Pleas Court Committee, Real Property Law Committee, Bankruptcy Committee, and the Estate Planning & Probate Committee. As a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, he assisted in the revision of Ohio’s garnishment law while a member of the Banking, Commercial and Bankruptcy Law Committee.

Dan Wenstrup achieves success for his clients by isolating the strengths and weaknesses of the various parties, and by concentrating on those facts which are of benefit to the client.

Dan Wenstrup was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is married and has 4 adult children. Before studying at the University of Notre Dame, he attended St. Xavier High School. During his professional career, he coached recreational basketball and select and recreational soccer for more than 12 years. He also coached a Mock Trial team for 10 years at Indian Hill High School, and his teams won 2 Ohio State Championships and 2 Third Place finishes.
