Grant Wenstrup Esq.

Biography

Grant Wenstrup’s practice fields include civil litigation, personal injury, debtor-creditor law, bankruptcy, and home owner’s or condominium associations. While in law school, Grant studied subjects specific to the following fields: debtor-creditor law; civil litigation; corporate transactions; and legal drafting. Grant’s experience interning for Heis & Wenstrup began near the end of his high school career, and continued through college and law school.

Grant was born and raised in Cincinnati and was educated at public institutions in the greater Cincinnati area. He likes math, and originally considered becoming an engineer, but his interest in law sparked when he participated on Indian Hill High School’s Mock Trial team. During his senior year, he was captain of Indian Hill’s Red Team and was coached by his father, Dan Wenstrup. Grant likes to apply the math and analytics that he would have utilized in the engineering field to issues that arise in the legal profession. Grant’s creative ideas have facilitated settlements that provide value to both parties in legal disputes. Grant enjoys public speaking and debate, contributing to his interest in litigation, negotiation, and alternative forms of dispute resolution.

Grant and his wife Cristin live in Madeira with their rescued border collies and cat. They enjoy exercising with their dogs, and the rich community life of the city.
