Marcia Weber

Biography

Marcia Weber has worked for Heis & Wenstrup for over 30 years. In her position, she is primarily the Paralegal for Dan Wenstrup, but assists the other attorneys in the firm on a regular basis. She regularly communicates and meets with clients, prepares clients and witnesses for Trial, prepares Exhibits and Exhibit Binders for Trial, assists at Trials, assists in the research of legal issues, drafts pleadings, works with various Clerk of Courts’ offices and Court personnel, and negotiates payment arrangements in collection matters.

Marcia was raised in Middletown, Ohio, but moved to Cincinnati when she began working for Heis & Wenstrup. She is married and resides in Cincinnati. Marcia graduated with an A.B. from Hocking Technical College (now Hocking College), has a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies, Inc., and graduated from Middletown High School. Marcia is a Notary Public, and in her spare time, is the Board Chairman and organist at Northside Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
