Biography

Cedric (“Rick”) Wakelee Vogel has been a partner in the firm of Vogel, Heis & Vogel, Vogel, Heis, Wenstrup & Cameron, and Vogel, Heis & Wenstrup. He is now “Of Counsel” to the firm of Heis & Wenstrup Co., LPA. Although semi-retired now, Rick’s practice has focused on General Civil Practice, Commercial Law, Estate Planning and Administration, and Landlord Tenant.

Rick was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Cedric and Patricia (Woodruff) Vogel, and attended Cincinnati Country Day School. He has dedicated his life to serving the community in a large variety of organizations, including the following:
